Learn to Be a Beyond Organic Farmer

I have been studying nutrition and wellness for a number of years, and during the course of my study I found that everything we put into our bodies starts with caring for the soil and creating productive, self-generating systems. Upon learning about the science behind permaculture, I knew this was going to be a key tenant in how we would farm at Beyond Organic.

Biologist Bill Mollison - considered to be the 'Father of Permaculture' by many, says: permaculture is a philosophy of working with, rather than against nature; of protracted and thoughtful observation rather than protracted and thoughtless labor; and of looking at plants and animals in all their functions, rather than treating any area as a single product system.

I am privileged to be locking arms with Midwest Permaculture to offer an eight day permaculture design course at our very own Beyond Organic farm. This course will take place from October 24th - 31st. However, we are limiting this course to a select number of students, so I recommend visiting the link below for more information, registration details, and available discounts.

This course is great for anyone, especially students, interested in regenerative agriculture.

I look forward to having you join us.
